Visiting Prince Ranier at

his private Monaco zoo

Prince Ranier III & Princess Grace

of Monaco founded the Monte Carlo

International Circus Festival in

1974 which has run consecutively

except for a few years after the

tragic death of the Princess

I believe it has been 44 years

I was there for the 4th & 5th

in 1977 & 1978 in preparation

for our touring company that

I designed & created for which

I was awarded a "Gold Clown"

as an honorarium
