Yes, it is. Absolutely great circus artwork. A prize, even more so as a Gold Card. Mine came from fellow Beatty historian, Dave Price. Bill Johnston called Dave and I "The Beatty Boys".
As for Gold Cards, they were featured for the Golden, or 50th, Anniversary of RBB. At the risk of repetition, Mabel Stark got one for the Barnes show, and Dorothy Herbert for RBB. One was done for the famed portrait of the Ringling boys with Mssrs. Barnum and Bailey. I don't think they were the only ones. Another was possibly Con Colleano, but I've never seen it. Someone needs to verify who else has this honor. Come on, poster fans.
