Welcome to Buckles Blog. This site is for the discussion of Circus History all over the world.
A youthful Anna May in rehearsal under the guidance & watchful eyes of Babe & William Woodcock Senior
I just got a call from Buckles & Shannon They said this was from the Siebrand Show
According to dad a machine shop in Hugo, OK built the ball. It's made of steel with a frame inside. I asked how heavy it was and he said it was heavy but not as heavy as you would think.Siebrand Shows
Siebrand Circus was used for parts of the country where the word "Carnival" was not well liked. So they used "Shows" or "Circus"
I think it was Wayne Seguin in Hugo that also did the spool trucks, etc. Story he used an orange to figure out the pattern.
Yes indeed it was Wayne Seguin It was however made of aluminum
It might be said that Wayne Sanguin was to the Hugo shows what Charlie Harris was to the Beatty show.
