This was one of the water trucks that doubled as a fire truck. There was a pump and the hose attached to that pipe under the driver. Hoses were, and still are, stored in the compartment behind the cab. This truck would have been one that was supposed to be stationed around the tent in Hartford.

Actually this truck NEVER had a water tank on it until it came to Baraboo. This is one of the box trucks- #132/232 and #134/234.
