Penelope (Penny) Peck more than

earned her keep by flying out of

Marin Mazie's hands to soar over

the stage of the Martin Beck to

end the 1st act of "Kiss Me Kate"

on Broadway some years back

She was flown like a marionette

by a stagehand from the same bat

platorm in the same theater as

was used for "Dracula's" bats

in the late 70s & the platform

is still in my warehouse

(so are many of the bats)
