It's Lou Jacobs's makeup to the nth detail, but on a face of very different contours than his.

A closer resemblance of Lou in a national ad appeared on boxes of Rice Krispies. Paul Jung was also featured for this cereal, but each image came with a piece of it on their faces. If you wanted to cut out the clown face for your keeping, you had to take a Rice Krispie with it. I cannot say, but highly doubt that either performer got a nickel for this.
