Forgive my ignorance, but some things I don't get. What are those brown boxes with the straps attached? In my day, we drove tent stakes.
I could only make a wild ass guess Perhaps they enclose remote control little webbing winches for automated ragging once the cupola is up & the sidewall poles are in place I'd bet Graham Chipperfield knows
I certainly do. They are ballast blocks in place of stakes. This site obviously has a no ground penetration policy. Probably concrete ballast. Graham
