This is similar to the band sleeper on Jim Nordmark's "International All Star" show. I or another bandsman drove it, just getting up in the morning and heading out. As the other fellows would wake up, they would just open the door, stand at the entrance, and relieve their bladders out onto the roadway. There was a hand-hold there, but at 50-60 mph, I don't know why the air didn't blow the urine back into us, but it didn't.
Seemed like a perfectly reasonable thing to do at the time.

The older Chevy gas jobs were
replaced with GMC "Gimmy" diesels
Spend a night in a "sweatbox" and you'll spend the morning looking for an RV (or a tent, or a cardboard box)
