Dorothy Lamour was the circus folk's favorite among the Paramount stars. All said she had no airs, and became honest friends with everyone in the Backyard. Miss Hutton came on as "the movie star", and was chilly and distant. Here, we see Dottie keeps her hands to herself, while Betty obviously knows where her bread is buttered.

Al Vidbel and Albert Rix could have told you stories about Miss Lamour's mouth . . . very down to earth on occasion shall we say.
