I'm reminded of The Rixos. They ascended the rigging, then hauled up their ladder, which was situated across a very high crane bar. From Center, they backed out to the ends of the ladder, and performed an act that still gives me chills to recall. This ladder is seen to be integrated onto their crane, but I'd bet the act is no less hazardous.
