Back in the day this was

known as 3rd Street but

nowadays it is part of

the realigned Fruitville

Road from the ACL tracks

to the Tamiami Trail but

we call it just The Trail

or "41" (US Highway 41)

Running along side is

US Highway 301 which we

call Washington Blvd as

it runs through town

Fruitville is 1 of 4

connections between 41

& I-75 (The Interstate)

The Rode family who were

known as "The Rodos" ran

this German restaurant

which had formerly been

an American Legion Hall
