Spelled Dullem on his ID cards. I saw them when he had a heart attack in my living room, and I had to rush him to the hospital, in Waco, Texas, in 1970.
On the Beatty show, in '64, he was Producing Clown, painted banners, did radio and TV appearances, got the downtown ticket opening and closing numbers, and just about never stopped.
