In the chapter "Crazy Acts - The Clowns", Fred Bradna details the development of Lou's midget auto in his book THE BIG TOP. This feature is shown in its entirety in the movie THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH.

Dolly Jacobs, forever beautiful. Does she have an original act car, or did you mean original miniatures? One photo had an act car in--somewhere--The Ringling?

I know Dolly has at least 1 if not 2

early versions of her father's cars

The Ringling Museum had a later car

however the 1 exhibited is a model

I'll give Dolly a call tomorrow

I just spoke to Dolly & the family

is celebrating her Mother Jean's 96th

birthday today at Dolly & Pedro's

Sadly the last of hr father's cars

was given to the Ringling Museum

as well as the 1 they already had

They also have a mock up for folks

to try getting into & to out of

so she sadly has none left anymore
