Welcome to Buckles Blog. This site is for the discussion of Circus History all over the world.
I learned to drive a semi on a Cornbinder just like this CO 200 International on Reithoffer's Shows
Chic: Did you ever know Joe Sperano?
GEORGE HOOVER, was this from your father's Beers-Barnes seasons?I still have respect for Beer-Barnes, a very well-run, well-maintained show that made money. I like to think I'd have been very happy over there.
That name doesn't sound familiar Please give me a hint Errol
Believe he and his son were electricians on Reithoffer. They came over to Century 21 Shows and built some lite towers for them. Possibly had gone when you were breaking in on Reithoffer.
My time on Reithoffer's main unit was spring of 1960 as assistant to Show Electrician Walt "Sputnik" Pamphilon & there was no Sperano there at that time (likely later)
