Different German lady & different german bears
No guy-lines--I'm trying to see how that pyramid is stabilized.
This is German trainer Doris Arndt, who presented this bear act on Circus Krone. Ms Arndt passed away last month at the age of 88.Don Covington

G'day Chic and Don,Many years ago in Australia I worked with Doris Arndt's brother - Alfons.Subsequently, over the years we met up from time to time during our travels.I haven't seen for quite a while now - do either of you know if he is still with us?Regards,Steve Robinson
Sorry Steve but I can't be of any help I hadn't known of her (or him) until today Many years ago I had opportunity to work for Michael Edgley in Australia both in legitimate theater as well as in circus I've thoroughly enjoyed my many visits including several East Coast cities & out on the Great Barrier Reef
