Leonard Basil "Hoxie" Tucker He created "Hoxie Bros Circus" in 1943 & sold it to Allan Hill to be "Great American Circus" in 1983 for many seasons
Looks like a Shriner's crescent hanging around he neck that was made with 2 nice cat claws
Story goes he and Colonel Tom Parker had a discussion involving a struggling new singer, as to who would take what of their partnership. Hoxie is quoted as saying, "Look, I'll take the circus. You take the hillbilly."The hillbilly was Elvis.
