Hopefully I can poke some memories, but I think the story for this is Rex had stopped by while Buckles was treating the her for something with neats foot oil? and he did Rex's bulls while they were here. Or something to that effect.

Is it possible this is Major? and the same one in the earlier picture backstage at the park?
