Last time Peggy and I visited George was when he was in Baraboo. We often stopped in Baraboo when traveling between Texas and Michigan. Many times when Buckles and Barbara were there. Always drove right down the hill to the camping area.
L to R: Edwin "Poodles" Hanneford, Elizabeth Rebecca Hanneford, mother Elizabeth Hanneford, Gracie--she was Mrs. Poodles, and Charles Clarke, the brother and catcher of triple-somersaulter Ernest Clarke of the Flying Clarkonians. (If this man may be ID'd as the other brother, Percy Clarke, I'll have to be forgiven, I'm nearly 50 years of age.)

Worked Shrine Shows with Poodles, and Gracie in 1948. His Mother was with them at the time. Gracie was writing the Dressing Room Gossip then.

The Gracie I was referring to was Poodles daughter, older than me by a couple of years. Oh, now I'm 90!
I may have been gotten this sidewise from distant sources--Thank you, BILLIE LOU--I honor your information as conclusive.
I wonder who else remembers BILLBOARD's "Dressing Room Gossip" columns...?
