This is the Sells Floto show I think in 1929. Note that the cannon is loaded on a Warren flat car. Next to it is a Mt Vernon car which is what Sells Floto ordinarily used. The Warren car is though to have been sent to Peru from RBBB. The color scheme was orange.
I believe this cannon was for a performer named Wilno. In 1929 and 1930 Sells Foto had expanded and add a number of RR cars.It used a 6-pole big top. I believe that was the only former corp show show ever to use 6-poles for it exhibition top. Big feature was cowboy star Tom Mix and his wonder horse Tony.

this cannon might have ended up in Baraboo
It might have originally been
built & operated by Lienert
Agreed--Lienert rings a bell.

The tall sidewalls (flanges)
make this car look real sturdy
