All the "Squares" at NYC intersections of Broadway crossing the Avenues are really triangles as the croosings are diagonal Only Columbus Circle is unique as it really is
Times Square likely the most famous was originally named Longacre Square until the New York Times built their Times Tower in the little triangle of Broadway at 7th Avemue between 42nd & 43rd The North end of the double triangles is Duffy Square (very off topic)
