Welcome to Buckles Blog. This site is for the discussion of Circus History all over the world.
This poor photo shows the "Randy" One of the three cars that Art had moved to this siding as I mention in "Car #6" below behind a strip of commercial units he purchased to have track storage for them They had sat on Sarasota Airport property without charge for many years until they were thrown out
At one time Art had owned the Yellow Taxi Company in Sarasota which may have given him access to the Airport Board "The Times They Are a Changin" to qoute Bob (Zimmermn) Dylan
"Randy" was Art's son's name His & Antoinette's only child Randy became an attorney in downtown Sarasota but died in 2009 at 63 after his mother died in 84 & father died in 01
A long-time friend, who had done very well in the circus business, felt he had taken a dreadful downfall driving one of Concello's taxicabs.
