After many problems & boondogles

Mattel who had taken park conrol

away from Irvin came back to him

for his & his staff's help I was

sent to compile a survey of the

primary issues to contend with

I still have a copy of it in a

fat Circus World file that will

either get burned or shredded

unless some aging showfan might

like to bid on it

headed by Lloyd Sr sent to

see what could be done with

very little funding as all

the real money was gone
