I might add that I named this elephant after the Concession Manager's wife, Stella Howell who during the Elephant Act, would place cookies or bread on the Picket Line in six neat piles. I never had the Heart to tell her that on their return the lead elephant "Jean" would sweep it all down to her end and gobble it down alone.
