Mr. Miller was one of the two best bosses I ever worked for. Didn't pay a whole lot, but he was always fair, honest and courteous in our dealings. I felt the work I did was appreciated. I liked his last day of the season question to me year after year:"So, you gonna come play circus with us next year?", sealed with a handshake, not a single paper ever signed. (It was the way my Dad liked to do business too.)
The other favorite was Tadashi Kinoshita. A fair boss and a good man.

May I echo what Patricia said. Our dealings with D.R. were the same. We enjoyed working for him.
