Back in the day in Syracuse, NY, Polack/Tigris Shrine was the only game in town. As a kid, I worked summers for a Noble who was in charge of sales. He set up the boiler room next to his business and we often had to run errands for it. An interesting cast of out of town characters manned the phones!
No my Dear Chic. It was 1965 just after the "John Ringling North's Continental Circus." We were there 1964, but not 1965. that was when we went on to Polack Circus. We enjoyed the 1964 World's Fair very much. And we loved the Polack Circus..........Barbara.........
Barbara, not to get too nit-picking but didn't you have a few dates you had to do at the beginning of the season before you took over the Polack act? I know you had the act in 1965. I was in the Army and drove over to visit at Chattanooga from Ft. Jackson, SC.
