This wire-walk is too damned high. For that matter, so is the one in the above shot of Capt. Jacobs. Mabel's Tiba walked to great effect at 6 feet. One day, her rigging wrenched and snapped, plunging Tiba hard to the ground. Those of us outside almost had coronaries. Thank God, Tiba was a good boy. He shook it off, got up, and instead of the expected attack on the trainer, he lumbered over and took his seat. When rigging failure is a constant hazard, professional caution is to be observed. A fall from rigging as high as seen here will result in an injured animal for sure.
