After the cats returned to their seats, the trainer had the unenviable task of collapsing that contraption before he could continue on with the act. An idea only John Cuneo would come up with.
I may be wrong but I believe that Josip Marcan actually had this first then sold it to Cuneo. I don't know if it was raised manually in the beginning but eventually it had hydraulics that raised and lowered it. Bob
Yes Bob Cline Josip Marcan was working for Cuneo when Josip came up with what was loved by every circus prop crew after Josip's confession on coming up with this thing he said the idea was to have a pyramid drop down out of view is was at best a mechanical challenge in the ring

I can't make a clear ID, but this is a Cuneo act, and perchance Henk Luyck inside.
nice looking act.
Nice chrome on stylish props

Yes Buckles an absolute contraption
I've never heard anyone say a bad word about Rex Williams and I've never heard a good word about John Cuneo.
I'd bet a gathering of
Cuneo's ex wives would
provide the juice for a
night time soap opera
(also ex employees)
