AKA "Kokomo", he was quite a character. He would breeze in and out of Thousand Oaks at times, always leaving colorful comments in his wake. Someone, possibly Kokomo himself, stirred up things with the lurid rumor he had married Gee Gee, a claim she quickly and decisively denounced.
