It is tricky. I do not remember Davis Merrifield in tights. I do remember him at one time working in slacks with a kinda blousey shirt. There were dozens of this same type of act. I am in no way saying it is not, but you have to admit there were a lot of them, including women. I would have never remembered Jim Grogan's ,his wife Heidi Guti. They really were in high time at that time. Thanks for remembering, Jackie LeClaire

For many years (long ago) Dave & I were very good friends

At some point shortly after he gave up the act he divorced

himself from many of his closest friends (including me)

None of us could ever understand his reasoning except

for his embarrassment of the failure of his (& Howard's)

attempt at a creative management company "Show Pros"

that he was sure would be a whole new respected situation
