#8 Elephant Men

I asked my father about this and he said Arky was married several times.
On this occasion it looks like the Bride is having second thoughts.

How I wish we had a date for this one. Arky told me he escaped from a Louisiana boys' home, which in the early 20th century was like those Dickens described in England. Like countless youngsters who became lifelong circus folks, Arky chanced upon Lee Bros. Circus and joined out. Early on, he got around Louis Roth and began on cats. He found his calling with elephants, and took it to the top. He would have known his business with this tiger, but his bride doesn't reflect his confidence.
