Sick all last night and this morning.......my wife forced some God Awful Medicine down me and I feel better now.
Thought I would put something funny on the Blog to brighten things up!

Barbara must have had a

bottle of Doc Bartok's

Bardex cure all tonic

(could fill zippo lighters)

Heck if I had known you were sick I would have sent you in a gallon bottle of my miracle cure all tonic elixir of life.
A couple of swigs and you feel the power of the cure all and feel like a new man full of vim and vigger.
also more hair will grow and you can jump up and run a mile or two down the road and has some snake oil in it too.

Pat Valdo was Performance Director

for many years & wielded control

over many elements of production

Bob Dover trained under him as his

assistant & took over the position

upon Valdo's retirement

Valdo was a great old man of the circus, revered by all who knew and learned from him. As Personnel Director, he was fair and humane to all, especially as he practiced and passed on two great rules for life in the backyard, which would be roundly ignored today. 1. He said, "On a circus, never discuss age or salary." 2. And, he cautioned, "Never approach a performer who has just come out of the ring."
