I believe the lion jumping is Samson, and the one on the left Josip is standing on is Rex. Rex and Samson came to me in 1981 on Carson and Barnes (along with a lioness named Rena) after Josip had dissolved his lion act. I put them with the two female tigers, Mabel and Harriet, and a male lion named Freddy (after Fred Logan) for my first season on C&B. I had those lions for ten years. They were terrific.
