JIM--I'm thinking it's Jungle Larry Tetzlaff. It's not Lou. I knew him for many years. He visited us at Jungleland, when he was in full-dress uniform as a security guard for the Amabassador Hotel, down in L.A. Next thing you know, he's back on the road for Howard Suesz.
This is indeed Jungle Larry who gave me my first job with "exotic's." A modern day Frank Buck who was Jack Hanna years before Jack Hanna thought about it. My son is named after Lou Regan who gave me my first job in the circus. Lou's father was Chief of Police in Pasadena, Calif.
