Central Park NYC early '90's Members of the cast of CATS were on hand too. That's the back of then Mayor Ed Koch's head on the left. I believe the theme was "New York Loves Gunther" The many hundreds of school kids on hand were each given buttons (back when the public didn't have to be warned about the sharp point)proclaiming same. Great day in New York ! Never to be seen again, damn.
