For some reason the Felds' had nothing to do with the Production of this show. It was done by a Company from Nashville somehow connected with the Grand Ol' Opry. Whenever the Felds' arrived, Arnold Bramow would take great delight in informing all of us how bad it was. A real morale booster. |

Scooter was always a ray of sunshine
He was 1 big piece of crap
To those who got to know him
he was fondly called asswipe
Mattel having ultimately felt
the Feld sting unceremoniously
took control of the park away
& hired a very poor choice of
an outside production team
Much more to that story later
I have to look up the paperwork
to remind me of just when it was
decided to send the fixit team
to do what we could to help with
the production's biggest problems
However at that point there were
few funds available to work with
Lloyd Morgan Sr Don Foote Hal Ronk
Bob Harrison Mel Cabral & myself
were most of this group along with
Bob Maio from the DC office but at
that point our efforts were slight
& didn't make much difference
Some lighting & rigging changes
along with better flow of numbers
It gave Irvin some mean pleasure
to be asked for his help
An analytical survey was done
to try to see where the money
had gone & why no bidding had
been done for so much of it
Very few were hung out to dry
