Chic I understand that you were asking Buckles about the length of the baby elephant's trunk. They told us that Baby Stella was six months old when we got her. But I think she was no more than six or eights weeks old. because she didn't have any teeth and she still had that long white hair on her body, and her little trunk was very short. As she got older she would step on her trunk, as she didn't know what to do with it. She was so funny. But I believe it did not reach the ground when we got her. Later on you can see in some of the pictures where she is taking the bottle, we were in Chicago, her trunk is much longer. We had her for a pretty good while by this time. I hope that this answers your question. and does not confuse it more. Buckles and I debate on her age. But I was very close to her, and I feel I am right on this subject. We put her in the back seat of my sister's car. And all we had to do was take the back seat, ( the part you sit on not the part you lean on out.) And I was in the back seat with her.........Barbara.......
