I stopped by Baraboo with the Kellner elephants and John Herriott suggested we take this picture.
That's Ben with "Anna May" and "Ellie" up front, Frankie Braun and John with "Topsy", "Eva" and "Toby then me with "Lovie", "Sue" and "Jackie".

You will notice Ben and I are holding our sticks down.
Otherwise the elephant will get in the habit of coming down when the stick is lowered rather than by voice command.
Alas, the politically correct name of elephant guide instead of bull hook.
