GOOD AFTERNOON from Central PA. Passing of Charlie Rowland. Charlie for years was the sparkplug for the CFA Kay Bros. Tent and even booked Roberts Bros. Circus in the Colonial Heights, VA area. Charlie was a true Circus Fan and friend. Prayers go out to The Charlie Rowland Family. Circusly, David Orr Special Thanks: To Forrest Traylor for passing on to me.
