Stefi Slavova is the head animal trainer in the Splash
traveling sea lion exhibit. Growing up in Bulgaria, Slavova traveled the world
with her family as a circus performer before settling in the United States in
the 1980's.

Please pardon a senior moment. Is this the show owned by the Peters Bros? If so these are much bigger animals than they were travelling with some years back.
The show is owned by Marco Peters. Marco now has three or four units, the bigger animals stay in parks. Marco has the only Patagonian sea lions in the U.S. at this time. Patagonians are often used in European sea lion acts like the Gassers and Harrisons. They have a more "bulldog" like muzzle than California sea lions.
