The Hagenbeck operation published a stunning catalogue of photos of trained acts they had for sale or booking. This is one of them. They described the animals fully, with species, subspecies, age, weight, and included a full account of what each act performed. Over here, Louis Goebel similarly ran full-page ads, listing all his trainers and what acts were available. In their turn, Richards and Horne did the same under their title of World Jungle Compound.
