It is a real shame that the elephants on RB&BB will be gone and pressure is always on to get the other circuses to follow suit. Even though more people have been able to go to zoos to see elephants and other wild animals, it is not the same as seeing an elephant up close at a circus. I remember going to the Clyde Beatty-Cole Brothers Circus in Grand Rapids, MI and experiencing the elephant long mount right in front of us. We were in the second or third row, so needless to say it was quite the experience to see and smell the elephants towering over us.
