I believe there were many Tivoli
theaters including Nashville
Where was this 1 from please
Thanks, I'd recognized the name but like my own family it helps to see which branch of the tree they came from.
I have a complete listing of Nashville,Tennessee, theaters going back to 1807. Maybe you're thinking of another Nashville but we didn't have a Tivoli here.
I'm pretty sure this is in Europe.
Nashville!.....Indeed!
Sorry Dave it might have been
Chattanooga
Right, Chic, Chattanooga has a Tivoli. We had an Orpheum long long ago.
Thanks Dave that would be the O in RKO
I'd love to know where this elaborate
Tivoli Vaudeville Theater is (or was)
The Four Ortons and Maide Scott (English comedienne) appeared at the Tivoli Theater in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia as reported in the newspaper, Referee, on November 19, 1924.

Had a email from Chic with photos of two Tivoli Theaters. Apparently the Four Ortons were well established with their world-toured route. A great bit of show biz history.
