They barely got that cage on the flat and I would imagine it would have been hard to put a chock block under the wheel. This was not taken while unloading either because the wagon poles are not in and there are no crossing plate down. I don`t see how the railroad could make any kind of the least bit of a sharp turn with this overhang.

Looks like the guy down front with his arm upraised is pointing out the same problem so I bet it got resolved.
