I remember they loaded up this spec cart when Fred took the 5-act up to the Minneapolis Shrine date where this picture was taken.
Out of all the elephants my father trained for Kelly-Miller "Barbara" was his favorite

I know Barbara the elephant was a favorite one but I can remember her and Kay chained together and something spooked them and they were off in a run with John Carroll bouncing on the her side.
Those two coming at you were like a cat-D10 out of control.
And you got the hell out of there way quick.
