Unknown said...: I did not know the Chapmans, but way back in the fifties I remember Danny having a high act at the Allentown Fair. He was from Perkasie, Pa., not far from Allentown. I believe I gave a pic of him hanging on the high ladder to Gordie Howe who is now working backstage in Vegas. He was a mentor of Gordie. That fair date may be close to sixty five years back. He did have a young daughter at that time.
