Al Vidbel was one of the joyous blessings of being a Circus Fan. Years ago, before age and arthritis set in, Diane and I would be sitting on the sidelines on just about any Vidbel lot watching tear down, not before too long I would hear Al's voice: "Hey Circus Fan! How about a little help in here?!" At first embarrassed, I got up and happily lent a hand many times over during the succeeding years. . . . and it was you WWJr who got it all started, I am forever grateful.

Al Vidbel did more by accident than most people do on purpose.
Just took a close look at the backround. Al never did want for straw hats.
