 Regarding Richard Reynold's note about orangs.
Here is Bobby Berosini's Lido marquee billing & an old Barnum & Bailey orang sheet.

Although he was from our side of

the pond Donn Arden became the

king of French "Tits & Feathers"

revues as Director & Designer

His original "Lido" in Paris on

the Champs Elysees is still there

When the powers that controlled

the "Stardust" on "the strip"

built their new showroom they

were smart enough to have him

put together a version for them

It was (& still is) considered

the epitome of Gulch revues but

sadly is long gone along with

the entire Stardust

That was the show where Sigfried

& Roy were 1st seen over here &

from there Donn Arden used them

as a feature in his spectacular

"Hallelujah Hollywood" in the 1st

MGM Grand (now known as Bally's)

That revue has been rehashed as

"Jubilee" & is still running
