Jules Jacot #7



Does anyone know how many shows a day Jules did at the Zoo? Were extra shows added on weekends and holidays?

The Zoo had three shows, cats, elephants, and chimps. By the mid-1960s a show had two days off and everyone worked on Sundays and holidays. All did two approx. 25 min. shows a day, three on Sundays. In the days of these photos keeper had a six day week and the show schedule might have been different.
