& Harold "Hal" Ronk (& a friend)
Ida was the only Ringling sister
When she was 28 she was married
to Harry Whitestone North a man
twice her age She had 3 children
John, Mary Salomé and Henry
Whatever happened to Mary Salomé
(known as little Sally)
Chic, the friend is Harold Ronk, singer and ringmaster.

I only remember reading in your comment "John Ringling North and friend" and you commenting underneath, that you would have to check with your friend Kenny. Sorry if I read it incorrectly, but that is how I remembered it. What was news to me is Harold being called "Hal. I was around him and traveled with him in his auto most of one season and I never heard that. Learn something every day.

Well, I was with Harold Ronk the rest of the 64 season after coming back from Europe. That was 51 years ago, Lord knows I remember his name at all.

65 (a year later) but I did get
to know & like them for years
Richard (Dick) Barstow who I met
in 61 introduced me to them
