 Saddened to learn of Sid Kellner's passing, I talked with his son Matt on the phone yesterday for quite a while and was surprised to learn he was 93, he was such a fit and handsome guy he seemed younger. Well, as he would have said...... "So Long Pal!" |

I met Sid when he had George Mathews Great London Circus.
He was very gracious to us circus fans and we enjoyed our visit.
His office trailer was air-conditioned as they had a pile of Hersey bars in it and it was hot in Texas when they played here.
I worked at a local tv station and we did stories on his circus plus I got arrows from him and helped arrow the circus in.
A great circus owner and he will be missed.
